Burnley house stands on the green which is grazed by the moorland sheep roaming amongst the cottages , the house overlooks Hutton Beck as it winds its way through the garden.
Our rooms have recently undergone a complete refurbishment, offering a country house interior with all the mod cons.

Burnley House is a Grade II listed country house in Hutton-le-Hole, a peaceful, central base for walking, cycling, heritage days and slow weekends in North Yorkshire.

Rosedale

'The location was excellent' , Hutton le Hole is a picturesque village with a friendly pub, a tea room, two other cafes and an ice cream shop. and a folk museum that is well worth a visit. it is certainly a gateway to the moors and other tourist attractions.
